 1. Wants & Needs Served Thanksgiving Style

This is an intergrated unit to teach wants and needs that corresponds with thanksgiving beautifully! I usually use Sarah Morton's Day to bring in realistic/historical fiction and show my

2. Cause & Effect 

These are simple posters designed to give students a visual representation of cause and effect.

Then I give students the student response foldable to hold up when I say either a cause or effect. They fold it in half and show me the correct side. Its an easy way to take a informal assessment of who understands and who needs more help!
